The instruction and concepts are presented in a slow and smooth video format that is easy to understand. The videos can either be streamed instantly or downloaded for playback in spots where wireless signal is not available – a great option for watching on a plane or a subway!
Liquid Martial Arts is a blend of many styles but mainly draws upon Kali, Panantuken, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Silat, and Tae Kwon Do. Other contributing arts such as Tai Chi, Savate, Jujitsu, Vale Tudo, and Kenpo are all evidenced through the curriculum. Scott Brown, founder and head instructor of Liquid Martial Arts, takes us on a unique journey through each video that allows beginners to keep pace and higher ranking students to look deeper into the movements and perceive the additional possibilities.

Even more complex concepts and movements like trapping, hubud, sensitivity, and limb deactivations are addressed as well.
There are 9 total phases available that progress from beginner to advanced and each phase contains more than 24 videos – over 200 videos available! Each phase also contains a section to help practice what you have learned and a section with related cardio movements. You can link the phases together for an intense cardio workout!
New videos are frequently uploaded within each phase so check back often.
